Sydney’s becomes Christos - on Highway 7

No, we will not be wrapping ‘old Sydneys’ in plastic & shipping twine, or creating a walking fence on its perimeter - well, not for artist purposes anyway. This new “Christo’s” is a Greek Restaurant with other locations in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
The new Christo’s will feature Greek food as we know it. You know.... mousaka, hummus, chicken, lamb kabobs and gyros (with the traditional customer pronounciation debates). Much more.
Greek food reminds me of feta cheese, garlic, olive oil, spinach pie, and yogurt... Roast lamb and honey layered baklava pastries. These are flavors that harken back to the rough terrain of ancient Greece...
