Minnesota State Fair - the year of Pig.
Overheard: "I gotta get me some of that chocolate covered bacon"
Or how about some "Fat bacon on a stick"
Oh, by the way, here are the prices I encountered:
Parking: $10. Foot long - $4, Ostrich on a stick $4(encountered not incurred), adult admisssion $11, Buttered popcorn, small $3.75.

Like your Fair photos! Whats funny is that the first one is that place thats literally right next to the "Miracle of Birth" center where there are tons of baby pigs. And right outside the door is their next destination...your pork sandwich!!! We discovered this after coming out of the barn and then seeing this place, and we cracked up about it. (the pig didn't find it funny.) ;)
MN Fair pictures are always interesting in that we cannot resist photos of food. Altho not exactly gourmet fare, it's one reason I go each year...to pig out on food I normally avoid the rest of the year. Given the previous comment, perhaps pig out is not pc.
