"The project proposes 130,000 square feet (SF) of retail use, 325 senior housing units (memory care, assisted living, and independent living units), 85 conventional housing units (condominium homes or rental apartments), 25,000 – 30,000 square feet of office, and an 80-100 room limited service hotel."
