When will Lake Minnetonka Ice Out 2013 take place?

Are you an outdoorsman/sportsman, fisherman, water loving soul waiting for the word that the Lake is open for business? My daily glance at the lake reveals darkening ice and an imminent demise for the cool cover. Here is a photo, granted the snowcover is a bit distant, but it is what I have to show at this time.
