Makeshift Memorial under the Gray’s Bay Bridge

A memorial yellow cross lays on it’s side. Along the water’s edge is a little makeshift jetty and candle. I remembe the incident. The car plunged through the ice in the winter of 2013 and was not totally submerged, but the passenger and driver could not escape. They were rushed to the hospital with hopes of reviving them, but both died of exposure. - That is my recollection of the incident. The morning lake was serene.
